December 12 – 14, 2008 The Miami Midtown Art District Midtown Blvd (NE 1st Avenue) between NE 32nd & NE 31st Street 125,000+ square-foot elegant pavilion
For the first time ever Artexpo has opened its doors to the Southeast with the International Artexpo Miami, December 12 – 14. Hosted within the world’s most popular art fair season in Miami, the show will draw from thousands of national and international buyers shopping the extensive Southeast art market.
An Artexpo show unlike any other, International Artexpo Miami will reach the Southeast region not being served by current Artexpo shows. Hosted in an incredible, 125,000+ square-foot elegant pavilion, the location alone brings an air of excitement that Artexpo has never experienced before. Miami has a prominent art community and supports many art shows taking place during December: Art Basel, Art Miami, Scope and Photo Miami to name just a few. Artexpo will serve the wholesale, mid-tier market for galleries, publishers and individual artists not being represented during Art Basel week.
As the only show focused on this market in Miami, International Artexpo Miami has the unrivaled opportunity to bring millions of dollars in buying power to the show floor. According to the 2008 UBS Study, Miami is the 3rd richest city in the United States and 22nd richest city in the world.
